Welcome to Enpod

Enpod is the one place where an online shop in Bangladesh keeps its orders, customers, products, stock, couriers, money and team. It is made for shops that sell on Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, by phone or on a website, and that are paid mostly by cash on delivery (COD).

Everything in this guide uses a made-up shop called Glow Cosmetics. The names, phone numbers and addresses on the pictures are invented.

What you can do with it#

• Take orders from any source in a minute, and see at once if the customer is new, returning or risky.
• Send parcels with Steadfast, Pathao or RedX (or your own riders) from the order page, and follow them until they are delivered or come back.
• Keep stock right: every sale takes stock, every cancel or return puts it back, and you see what to buy next.
• Know your money: what customers still owe, what couriers still owe you, expenses, and your real profit.
• Work as a team: give each person only what they need, give orders to people, and see who did what.
• Use Bangla and English together: type names, addresses and even numbers in Bangla; search in either language.

Who can do what#

Each person on your team has a role. The owner can do everything.

You can fine-tune three things for each person: seeing cost prices and profit, changing selling prices, and giving discounts. See Team and permissions.

How to use this guide#

2. Then follow the order of the menu on the left: from taking an order to getting it delivered and seeing your profit.
3. Use the search box at the top (press /) to find any word. Click a picture to see it bigger.

A good first day#

1. Add your products with their prices and opening stock: Products.
2. Connect your courier: Couriers and delivery.
3. Switch on the SMS messages you want your customers to get: SMS to customers.
4. Place your first real order: Take an order.
5. Invite your team: Team and permissions.
